By accessing and using the services of Best College Aid, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Agreement Acceptance
By completing payment for any of our College Application Bootcamp (hereafter referred to as “the Program”), you declare that:
- You are over 18 years old or are the parent/legal guardian of the enrolled student and have authority to contract on their behalf.
- You have read, understood, and fully accepted this Agreement.
- You authorize your minor child to participate in and receive the content of the Program.
3. User Conduct
Users must interact respectfully and responsibly on our platforms. Any illegal, offensive, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. In addition, the following is strictly forbidden:
- Using the Program for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Using the Program to reproduce, store, host, send, use, or distribute harmful software such as spyware, viruses, or malware.
- Using the Program for unsolicited communications or unauthorized advertising.
- Systematic or automatic data collection from the Program.
- Sharing confidential or proprietary information from the online courses without authorization.
Best College Aid reserves the right to deny access to the Program—fully or partially—without prior notice to any person who violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Best College Aid, including course materials, graphics, and logos, is the property of Best College Aid and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may view and use materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of this material will be considered an infringement.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
Our services may include links to third-party services. Best College Aid is not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services. Although we may recommend certain websites, products, or services, it is your responsibility to do your own research before engaging with them.
6. Disclaimers
This Program is for informational purposes only and does not provide financial, legal, or psychological services or advice. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your financial, legal, physical, and emotional well-being, including all decisions, actions, and results stemming from your participation in the Program.
This Program is not a substitute for professional advice from your own accountant, attorney, financial advisor, or medical professional. We recommend seeking personalized guidance from professionals as needed.
Best College Aid does not guarantee any specific results from the use of our services. Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
Best College Aid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable.
- Duplicate charges: If a double payment is made by mistake, notify us in writing at [email protected] within 7 days. A refund will be issued for the duplicate payment using the original payment method.
- Cancellation by BCA: The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Program due to force majeure or justified cause (e.g., insufficient enrollment). In such cases, BCA will offer (i) a full refund or (ii) rescheduling to alternative dates, at the customer’s choice.
9. Disclaimer of Guarantees and Results
Best College Aid services are strictly educational. Best College Aid does not guarantee college admission, specific scholarship amounts, or particular results. These depend on factors beyond our control (academic performance, student profile, institutional funding, etc.). The total liability of Best College Aid, contractual or otherwise, will not exceed the amount actually paid for the Program.
10. Communications and Marketing
You authorize Best College Aid to send you informational and/or promotional emails about the Program and future products, with an unsubscribe option in each email.
11. Program Modifications
Best College Aid may make reasonable changes to content, instructors, or the schedule for academic improvements or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.
12. Force Majeure
Neither Best College Aid nor you will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, major internet outages, government actions).
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida (USA). Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, waiving any other venue. By mutual agreement, parties may opt for binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules. The arbitration award shall be final and enforceable in any competent court.
14. Amendments to the Terms
Best College Aid reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between the parties and replace any prior communication, proposal, or agreement, verbal or written, regarding the subject matter. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
